One of our C7000 enclosures gives this error in HP-SIM. Error occured after upgrading to HP-SIM6.0. Onboard Admin already upgraded to 3.00.

Solution
This event has been added in SIM6.0. This event is posted when OA returns "Unknown" or invalid serial number and UUID for any of the devices in the enclosure. OA returns invalid SN/UUID when the devices are not configured properly. If all the devices in enclosure are configured properly and re-discovery of OA will not post of this event. This event is posted when OA is doscovered and while creating the device nodes and OA is unable to get valid SN/UUID for the any of the devices.

This was indeed the case. One blade had an issue with the ILO. After reseating the mentioned error disappeared.
