Insight Manager 7.2 won't start after applying 7.2 hotfix
I applied the 7.2 hotfix kit to my 7.2 SIM server (running on Win 2008 R2, proliant DL360 G5). All seemed to be well last night but I rebooted the SIM server this morning and now SIM hangs indefinitely as "Waiting for the HP Systems Insight Manager web server." Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

Also, Windows app log is full of PostgreSQL errors:
could not create any TCP/IP sockets,
could not create listen socket for "localhost",
is another postmoster already running on port 7950?
