Insight Manager V5, sp4 - MIB's - CPQIDA

After upgrading from V4 sp2 we no longer received the 'logical drive status change (3034). In calling HP the fix was to select under options, Event Filter Settings | Information. Well, we now get a lot of other informational messages.
I've gone into the SNMP and selected the CPQIDA FOR LOGICAL DRIVES (3034) and it does say critical.
I've been unsuccessful in getting this message if I uncheck 'Informational'. Is there some other place that this MIB needs to be changed?
I haven't updated the upd740mib.zip on my production management server - only in the test lab. I'm still getting the same results.
