Insight Manager creates pseudo IP Addresses during polling
When IM is polling subnets in our network it creates temporary IP addresses that show up in the event logs of the Juniper Netscreen appliances during the polling interval. The event messages I see are "the user limit has been exceeded and *.*.*.* cannot be added". There is an entry for every address in the subnet although there are no attached devices matching these addreses. The arp tables shows '0' as the mac address for these IP addreses. When I disable the IM polling for the subnet this does not happen. Any help with this would be appreciated.
