Insight Power Manager & P-states

Can anyone direct me to where I could find the lowest p-state specification and watts saved for a certain processor?

Looking thru the different versions of the power regulator technology brief document they state that:
A 3.6GHz Xeon can go down to a Pmin of 2.8 GHz and save 17 Watts per processor.

A 3.8GHz Xeon can go down to a Pmin of 2.8 GHz and save 21 Watts per processor.

A 5150 2.33GHz can go down to Pmin of 2GHz and save 19.5 Watts per processor.

Does anyone know where I can find the Pmin values and the reduced wattage for other Xeon processors? I tried on the Intel website and gave up after a few hours.

I've not tried finding out this info for AMD yet - so if anyone has this as well that would be appreciated.
