Insight managmente power supply alerts error.

Hi all, we had implement the SYM tool on 2 servers a Proliant 380 G8, and  an ML 350 g6. The tool on the 380 works fine, but when it comes for monitoring the 360 dont send alrerts only with powersupply. For fan, reboot yes works. do you know is is something regarding server version?

Tool version is 7.0.4.

Is the SIM version 7.0.4 ? All events should be forwarded if you configured SNMP te send events. Does the IML show events about the powersupply ?

I don't think SIm would be 7.0.4, could be the System Management Homepage ? Does the System Management Homepage show the Powersuply. If i doesn't the SNMP agent could be faulty. What is your OS name Windows or Linux ?
