Install Version Control Fails

I cant seem to get an upadated VCA on a DL380 G4. It says to check the setup logs, where are they?

Any ideas why it might be failing?

What versions? Also what version of the PSP?
I've found you can sometimes get more info if you run the cp000xxx.exe directly on the host.

Setup logs will be under c:\cpqsystem\

which is the current VCA version you are having? and to which version are you trying to upgrade.
