Installing new HPSIM 5.1 and get error

Hello all I am building a brand new Centeral Management server with SIM5.1 and near the end of the log file i get this error.
""""ServiceInstall failed with error 1057: The account name is invalid or does not exist, or the password is invalid for the account name specified."""
Can anyone tell me what account this is referring too? At the beginning of the install I selected a server account I had just created specifically for this and made that account a local administrator of the server.
