Installing x64 windows 2003 agents

When I attempt to "configure and repair" agents for x64 based windows 2003 systems the task status just shows the following and never finishes:

StdoutStderr
Install Agent (START)....

Waiting for the required components to be located and copied....
Installing SNMP Agents using component cp009245.exe
Installing WBEM provider using component cp009379.exe
Installing System Management Home Page using component cp009426.exe[IF REQUIRED]


Do I have to download the x64 agent or do something so that I can successfully push out x64 agents from HP SIM?

Any response appreciated.

you have to install HP Insight Management WBEM Provider x64 edition.
You can find it in proliant support pack for windows 2003 64bit
