Insufficient Database Rights Errir

I am trying to install HP SIM on windows7 64 bit

it asked me if i wanted to install MSSQL, so agreed.

now is says there are insufficient rights to database.

 

not sure what i should do next.  I searched the forums, but all the responses seemed quite technical, and i just want to use this as a management tool.

 

any help appreciated.
