Internet explorer 'null' error

I am attempting to run Deploy>Deploy Drivers . . .>Initial Proliant Support Pack Install in HP Systems Insight Manager version c.05.00.01.01

After clicking on the run now in step 5 (Download Support Pack)-- I receive a 'null' error in a Microsoft Internet Explorer message box.

Any assistance would be appreciated

I have the exact same problem. Did you already figure out what causes this?

Steve,

Since we restarted our hpsim server we get a readable error page instead of the null error. Did you try to reboot your sim server?

I am having this problem as well, and would like to know how to fix it.

I'm currently making sure all servers have the correct VCM and SNMP settings, and will try rebooting the SIM server. Hopefully someone has some insight on this, thanks.
