Is it possible to monitor luns on a passive node of a windows 2008 cluster ?
Hello,
I am trying to figure out if there is a possible way to monitor the luns presented / mounted on a passive node of a windows 2008 server cluster. We encountered an isssue where we did a manual fail over of our windows sql cluster but it failed because one of the luns in the cluster was not visible on the passive node. When we rebooted the passive node the lun re-appeared. We want to have more visibility but i cannot figure out a way to do this in SIM.
Please help.

Really depends on the HP agents. They only see issues with the disks not logical issues with disk take over at the cluster level.
