Is the HP "Phone-home" feature available on a virtualized HP SIM server?

Two questions needs to be confirmed:

1) Is HP Insight Remote Support (IRS) included in HP SIM? Standard or Advance?

2) Is the "Phone-home" feature working on a virtualized HP SIM server (a Windows virtual machine on an EXS host)?

If you use the correct verson of ESX(i) see release notes of Insight Remote Support it will work.

You should even get support from HP for the setup if your hw system has a valif warranty or service contract.

There are some difficult points if you have SIM and IRS 5.70 but HP should be able to help you in this case.

Advance and Standard will work.
