Java Exception

I recieve the following error during and Initial PSP Installation.

ERROR: mxexec received an exception from Java Virtual Machine. 1 file(s) copied.

I am getting the same error. Has anyone ever come up with an answer for this? It only seems to occur on the initial PSP installation.
