LSA/VMM communication failed / HP Logical Server Automation service fail

LSA/VMM communication failed / HP Logical Server Automation service fail

I've installed  a fresh copy of ICE 6.3 and after install I changed the server cert, signed by a enterprise CA, and now I have an issue with LSA/VMM communication failing.  The issue being the HP Logical Server Automation service will not start.

 

This is the error I'm seeing in vselog.lsm.log under Program Files\HP\Virtual Server Environment\logs\.

 

LSM SERVER: LSM server failed to start due to Logical Server Management RMI server error : error during JRMP connection establishment; nested exception is:
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: bad_certificate

 

Wondering if anyone has a way to resolve this?
