Listen ports in a server with 2 ip's
Hello.
I have a server with 2 IP's. The server is listening 2381 port only in
one of the ip's. How can I configure the SIM agent to listen the port in all ip's?
Thanks.

Re: Listen ports in a server with 2 ip's
Check out for the "IP Binding" feature available with the HP Systems Management Homepage...I hope you can do the desired stuff using that.

Re: Listen ports in a server with 2 ip's
If there is two IP'as on the same network, IP binding will not help. SMH will always bind to the last IP address.
Is there any solution to bind either to all or to 1st IP address, not to last.
Regards,
Lovro

Thanks, Lovro.
You are right, IP binding will not help in this situation. The question remains: Is there any solution to bind either to all or to 1st IP address?
