MSDE database full

Hi, we have an issue were our MSDE insight database is full. My workaround is to restart the SQL service once a day, I have tried to shrink the database but this makes no difference. Has anyone else had this problem?

Here is the Event ID that I receive and the description.

Event id: 17052

Error: 1105, Severity: 17, State: 2
Could not allocate space for object 'notices' in database 'Insight_v1_0' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full.
