Re: Manage none Proliant Servers
snmp is snmp - if you've got at least one community string from the hp sim glob prot settings for snmp in those server snmp settings as at least read you should get a reasonable amount of info, at least from the old compaq boxes. firewall blocking snmp ?
what does snmpwalk give you from the hp sim box to one of these servers ?

Re: Manage none Proliant Servers
you'll find downloads on the web, such as here :-
http://www.elifulkerson.com/articles/net-snmp-windows-binary-unofficial.php
and do
snmpwalk -v 1 -c 'snmp_community_name' 'target ip address or system name'
from the command line.
hope this helps
