Management control driver install

I can't install the "Management control driver for windows server 2003".

The error states :
"he software will not be installed on this system because the required hardware is not present in the system or the software/firmware doesn't apply to this system."

Any suggestions? I'm out of ideas. Thx

It's a HP Proliant DL380 G4 server.

The problem is solved. I had to use a different driver (iLO diver) to fix the problem.
