Missing Remote Support Config & Services menu

I have just installed SIM 5.1 and SWM. I have registerd both but the Options > Remote Support Config & Services menu is still not appearing within SIM.
Has anyone else run across this?

Yes, so I have I. I have tries a re-install but now it doesn't even want to do that!

Hi,
Did u installed ISEE (Instant Support Enterprise Edition) client component, The menu will be visible only when you install this component. You can install this using RSSM (Remote Support Software Manager),which will be installed when HP SIM 5.1 or later is installed. Get the updates from RSSM, Where ISEE also will be included, Install and Check where the RSSM menu is avaliable under Options of HP SIM.

Have you ever figured out how to get this working for you? I'm missing the Remote Support Config and Services menu as well. I was wondering if my SQL database is missing information.
