Move current SIM install to new Server

Im looking to move my current version of SIM (C.07.00.00.00) on Windows 2008 R2 to a new server. are there any scripts, or guides out there to do this?

Use HPSIM Migration utlity for the same. Using the same you can backup / restroe the database.
