MxInit Failed ( HP SIM 5.3 cannot start)

I am having HP Sim 5 which fails and due to this error (any suggestions) 

i got this error from mxdomainmgr.log file .

MBEANS THAT ARE THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM ---

State: FAILED
Reason: java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError
Depends On Me:
com.hp.mx:service=MxStartup
