Networking Devices Monitoring

Hi All,
I have installed SIM 5.0 version.i have discovered the networking devices Switches and Routers,but the problem is that no hardware data is shown in the Sim server of the networking devices,and i configured the SNMP Settings both the end correctly.
So can anybody tell me how to get the hardware status of networking devices?

Do you mean hardware status (entry in HW column in HP SIM table view) or do you mean inventory data? If these are not BladeSystem components, there is very little that HP SIM will collect from these networking devices. You primarily can get some really basic information, can receive SNMP traps and if the device has a web interface sitting on a port that HP SIM looks for, it can provide a link to it.
