New Linux SIM5 install displays nothing
I installed the HP SIM 5 binary on a fresh RHEL 4.0 server and when going to the expected website, I just get a black page with a few square symbols.
This occurs in IE and Firefox.
Since there was little for me to do for it to install, I have to wodner what went wrong.

Re: New Linux SIM5 install displays nothing
My inclination is that it might be related to the Linux firewall software. See http://www.hp.com/go/hpsim --> Information Library for the Security whitepaper that details all the ports that need to be open.

Re: New Linux SIM5 install displays nothing
I didn't install a firewall, this is an internal server. I can get to the port just fine, but the port just spits out garbage.
