New install of SIM 7, missing the Deploy>Initial ProLiant Support Pack Install

This is bizzar and agravateing. I just setup a new server with SIM 7.1.1. I have a SIM 6.3 server, but got new hardware to expand how much we monitor. After configuring everything I can think of, going live with it, and shutting down the old SIM 6 server, I find that the Deploy>Deploy driver, Firmware and Agents>Initial ProLiant Support Pack Install is simply missing. I have custom baselines that I'd like to push out, and I'm just baffeld by this problem. I thought maybe things had changed in SIM 7 and it was in a different place, or called something different, but for the life of me, I can't find it.

 

Anyone have any ideas? I'd really hate to have to bring the old server back on-line and re-do all of my work just for a missing deployment options.

 

Attached is just a screen grab showing that it's not there.
