No Warrenty Contract Data available in SIM reporting
Hi Everybody
I've entered all Warrenty data in the "Edit System Properties" dialog. But when I run a report for displaying them no data is availble. Furthermore I noticed that in the report more fiels like
- Start Date
- End Date
- Response TIme
- etc.
are listed
Can you help me in getting this report run fine and where should all Warranty related data entered correctly?
