No data collection in SP SIM 5.2 on Netware 6.5

I was running HP SIM 5.0 and all my Netware servers were fine. Data collection and server identification was fine.

The server hardware etc was displayed correct.

I have upgraded to version 5.2. My servers only show up as an IP address. There is no hardware details, no data collection and system identification fails.

Is there something different about 5.2?

I need to get this working as it was. Thanks.

Sorry, a bit mor information. The servers come up as 'unmanaged'.

What protocol do I need to configure?

you need to configure SNMP and set community string proper for minimal identification.
You need to have Proliant agents (PSP) running on that box to identify and manage under SIM.

All the Netware boxes had 8.9 PSP installed. Full details were shown in the SIM database. SNMP has been setup, and was all working fine before 5.2

Soon as I installed version 5.2, I only get the IP address, the hostname and that's it.

I do not know what is different to 5.0 or 5.1.

Has anybody installed 5.2 and running Netware? If so please tell me what you have done.

I have fixed this problem.

I did have the community strings in the 'protocol settings'.

All I did was change the order of the strings. All done. Such a simple yet weird problem.
