Not able to get the details of EVA in SE

Hi all,

we have one EVA-8000 in the setup. I have successfully discovered the server (running Command View EVA) in HP-SIM and get the details in HPSE. But when I open the SE system manager then in the diagram I get the CV-EVA server connected to SAN switch. Also I got one EVA connected with San switch,but there is a question mark (?) on the EVA icon, and I am not able to see any component details of the EVA when I click on the EVA icon.

Please help.
