Novell Servers Display as IP addresses not Hostnames in HP SIM 5.0 SP5

We've configured SIM but for some reason all the Novell servers won't resolve to hostnames. All Windows and ESX servers do, just not novell. Are there any quirks or configs needed?

Everything else works for these Novell servers, HP Insight Agents, detects OS type and they show up as Managed nodes.

I suppose you have already checked that the DNS forward and backward resolution is correct for the Novell servers?

We avoid this problem (same problem with NetWare-Servers !) in the following matter:
An "ancient" HOSTS-File on the HPSIM-Server
