OSScout returned failure 5 for InstallService

Hello,

I'm a new SIM user.

I'm trying to deploy PSP to a new windows 2008 R2 x64 test server (domain member)

All the accounts used for this action are at least domain admin.

we've already deployed HP version control agent and HP system management homepage without any parameter (with /silent only)

In the global protocol settings everything is checked.

when I'm trying to deploy psp.

I get the below error:

Remote Target is Windows Host

OSScout returned failure 5 for InstallService

Target Update Failed

Starting OS Scout

Installed Components: None.

don't know what to do as failure 5 is possibly a permission error. But all the accounts are domain admin

additional information

-UAC is set to lowest level

-Firewall is off.

-no additional software is installed (like openssh)

when I try to quickrepair the trust relationship

I get the following error

HP Systems Insight Manager was unable to install the target's HP Repair Tool ser
vice.  This could be caused if another instance of the tool is currently running
.  Retry at a later time.

ok the error was related to the service account created for sim not being administrator on the target system,

trying to configure target system now.
