OpenSSH for Systems Instight Manager 3.7.1 - what is it used for

We have a windows 2003 cluster installed on 2 DL380G4s. I noticed that there is an installation of OpenSSH on these servers.
Any idea what Open SSH is used for and is there any problem removing it

Its causing a conflict when we try to install Rsync server, thus my reason for wanting to uninstall

A default installation of HPSIM will install OpenSSH. It uses it to communicate with Linux Servers for deployment of agents etc.

HPSIM used to use SSH internally to run jobs, but I think they puled all of that - caused loads of issues.

Hard to say what removing it will do, HPSIM should be okay. If HPSIM isn't on that server thenyou may need to look at why it was installed. I don't think it's the default in a PSP install.
