PMP 4.1.1
I am running PMP with all of the servers on our network. I currently have 22 servers I am monitoring and 15 of them show up with statistics but 7 of them show up with unknow status. I have ensured they are licensed and that the sample rates are configured correctly but they still don't seem to come to any other status. I have let them collect for 48 hrs and still no change. The software status and hardware status are all good but not PMP. Any ideas?

Re: PMP 4.1.1
Hi,
I think the log file (create an empty file, pmplog.txt in PMP installation folder, that will be populated by PMP) will help you to root cause the issue. So, please go through or get us that file for further comments on the issue.
Thanks.

Re: PMP 4.1.1
Hi,
As per the log file, the Management Agents on the two systems, 22 & 27 are not responding properly. So, you can try to restart the agents on those 2 systems. If the problem still persist, you can try to restart the target system.
Thanks.
