PMP Upgrade credentials not valid

When trying to install PMP411 prompts me for Service Login Credentials. the Username, Domain and DB server fields are greyed out and the password I type in is rejected. I've changed the password so I know it is right. Is there a way to change this service account or set up PMP again from scratch? I did the uninstall, so there are no services running but setup still seems to see the old configuration and ask only for the password and not username, etc.

I'd seen that one too. It did solve my problem. I commented what I'd done too.
