PMP error: Lost database Link

Dear all,
I installed SIM last days, which is integrated with SE.

All the functions are all right. But, when i open the PMP. There's comes an erros showing " The Database Communication Link has been lost. Please close the brower"

Why? How can I solve the problem?

Have you verified the PMP (HP Performance Management Pack) service status ? Also, you can verify its operation by going through pmplog.txt in PMP installation path. Create an empty text file with the same name, if it is not there & restart PMP service to get complete status.

Thanks, Prkai. I've checked the manual and found it's because I didn't install the oracle client. Shy...
