PSP 7.40b

I'm trying to install PSP 7.40b in an HP Proliant DL360 with windows 2000. I get this message and nothing can be done... Any idea?

Thanks,
Anabela

Most likely, the user account that you are currently logged on with does not have sufficient permissions to perform the install on the target machine.

No.
I'm logged with local administrator. And tried with domain admin user, too. I always get this error.

Re: PSP 7.40b

What about trying to browse for the computer name you're trying to install to? On your screen capture, I see the target machine is blank, though you may have cleared that before posting the image. Even so, it might be a useful way to be sure its accessing the desired unit.

If you're logged on locally to the unit, there's the BPxxxxx.cmd script within the support pack folder that runs without the user interaction GUI (worth checking the help on this before running) that might get passed the permissions issue.
