PSP Deployment via Version Control Agent

I would like to have just one driver not installed when I update the psp from the version control agent.

I thought there was a way and it had to do with the xml file on the repository server. Its been awhile

Correct. The easiest way to do that is to create a Custom PSP in VCRM and to not include that driver.
