Is here any way to change the format of outgoing Pagers.

No easily, no. What would you like to see different and what feature would you like to see in regards to pager message options?

I have 4 diferent installations of IM7 sp2.3. One of them send pagers with diferent format. We have look around but can not find if there is a file we can copy from the one is working.

Can you give me some idea as to what format you are seeing that you don't like (an example message would be great) as well as one that you do?

You can configure the email support to SMS and that results in a short email - maybe that's what you are using?

Case close, Some one have change the message from Pager/SMS to text message and it confuse the pager .. Thanks ..
