Physcial to VM CMS, same name/IP, anything else I need to change?

Retiring existing physical server.
I have a new CMS all setup and imported all the data from the old.

I want to down the old server, bring back up the new VM after giving it the hostname/IP of the prior.

Is there anything else I am missing that would cause an issue?

No,What I think is that we need to make sure the database is migrated... to get all the data.. and that's all from the CMS point of view.

Yes, that has been done.

Remote SQL server as well, so no changes to config files.

Think I will be fine but was just making sure I wasnt missing anything.

To be sure, export also the certificate used inside HP SIM, created at time of installation.

This certificate is used also on all managed servers for pass-thru authentication and other functionality...

Otherwise I assume you will need to run "Repair agent settings" and import the new certificate in the SMH...
