Please insure that the Host Agent is enabeld and running

i have a prblem with my Insight Manager Agents on my Windows 2003 SP2 Server, when i try to send a Test Trap, i got the error message: "The trap could not be generated -
Please insure that the Host Agent is enabeld and running"
but i did not now what Hostagent it is? i looked on my services and in the Agents but i can't find it. does anyone now what this error mean
