Power Supply Status Change (8028)

One of our ML570 G3s is constantly showing:

Power Supply Status Change (8028)

However the Trap Flags and Overall status of the supply are both showing a 0 value. I can't figure out why it's coming through and how to rectify it.

Has anyone come across this before?
