Product Name shows the generic OS not the HW
We have a CMS that shows Linux Server in some cases instead of the HW model under Product Name. Some of the Linux systems show the HW while other show "Linux Server" under the Product Name...how can we fix this without manually updating it.

Re: Product Name shows the generic OS not the HW
Install the latest available insight management agents on the Linux boxes and make sure that the SNMP settings are correctly done.

Re: Product Name shows the generic OS not the HW
We have the latest agents on some of the systems and all the SNMP settings are correct. It still shows Linux Server instead of the HW.
