Proliant Support Pack 7.40b

Hi
Please can anyone tell me how to resolve the following error on 2 Windows 2003 Small Business Servers:

Name: HP Insight Management Agents for Windows 2000/Windows Server 2003
New Version: 7.41.0.0

The software is installed but is not up to date.
Current Version: 7.40.0.0

There was an error installing the following INF Section:
.\cqmghost\cqmghost.inf - [DefaultInstall]

There was an error installing the following INF Section:
.\cqmgnics\cpqnimgt.inf - [DefaultInstall]

There was an error installing the following INF Section:
.\cqmgstor\cqmgstor.inf - [DefaultInstall]

There was an error installing the following INF Section:
.\cqmgserv\cqmgserv.inf - [DefaultInstall]

I've also noticed it happens when upgrading from 7.30 to 7.41 and the following was logged in the application log:

Faulting application cqmgserv.exe, version 7.30.0.0, faulting module cpqipmb.dll, version 1.19.2195.0, fault address 0x00013c2e.

If you uninstall the HP Insight Management Agents from Add/Remove Programs, reboot the server and then try installing the 7.41 version it seems to work - doesn't help the uptime stats tho =)
