Question about Email alerts.

Hi guys.

I have a question regarding the emails that SIM generates to alert us of any events.

Is it possible to edit the subject body of the email alerts for certain events?

Our helpdesk system has an automated call logging email address, however I need to edit the message to a format that can be read by the bot.

It would be really handy to just have SIM email the helpdesk bot, thus generating a ticket logged directly to the correct resolving group.

I Can see a subject line editor, but no body editor.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Jon, best bet would be to use a custom command and you can then script creating an email exactly the way you want it. Here's a post from another user doing something similar:
