RadTray & CM Agent

I've had this show up recently in system tray on my SIM 5.3 server. Wondering what it is? Did it come from HP? It seems to be in some sort of loop, just keeps looping around. Was occupying CPU's to the point of 25-35%. I terminiated the tasks following restart (power off/on) as server wouldn't shutdown or restart normally.
I'm on the verge of SIM6 update and would like to either get it working if needed or remove it. I have a relatively small SIM environment (146 Proliant servers) and have SIM fairly well scaled back, nothing fancy running on it.
