Remote Support Connectivity Issue

I have installed RSS from DVD 2.35 and every time I try to configure it fail on the connectivity check. I have network since I'm doing a RDP /console so why it fails, I don't need a proxy ....

Looks like the web page on HP was down or they didn't work on the wekens. Once I wait untill Monday morning it did work with no problems
