Hi!
Trying to register for Remote Support via "Options - Remote Support Configuration and Service" failed after entering the data in the form and clicking "Submit Updates and Register".
After a few seconds "Remote Support has not been registered" is displayed in the top header
I´ve tried to /console for remote desktop but no help. Tried also to manuallt enter the proxy we use:
configureproxy -H PROXYNAME Port#
But no help.
I was thinking that remote support pack is not working on a HP SIM server running as a guest in a WMvare host.
Thats why I cant use a real console....
Anyone know this?
Attach the file: "...\Hewlett-Packard\RemoteSupport\logs\iseeclient.log"
Thanks
/Micke Ch
