Remote Support Pack

I have uninstalled the Remote Support Pack that came with HP SIM 5.2 SP2. When I go to reinstall the Remote Support Pack it will not install be because it thinks it is still installed.


How can I properly ininstall and force the program to install.

You would need to delete registeries under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Hewlett-Packard\ISEESWM]. Also, consider checking within add/removed progams if "isee_cms_swmagent" is present. Ideally, it should not appear there.

Perfect

I needed to uninstall the isee_cms_swmagent as well as removing the entries from the registry.
