Remote Support SWM total removal and reinstall in HPSim 5.2

Hello,
Does anybody know how to make sure SWM is totally removed as I need to install hPSim v5.2 after having thought I removed HPSim 5.1 and the SWM components and yet the install is saying that the Remote Support Tools are already installed ! I am trying to install the Richter components .

Hi Karen,

Did you try deleting all the registries for SWM? You may also delete the "SWMAgent" folder under C:\Program Files\HP

HI ,

Yes I DID delete that folder and I am thinking I might have to edit the registry next to remove all occurrences before I try again. I think that is the only thing left that I can do
