Remote Support Services (OSEM) email setting

I am using Remote support Services to automatically log calls with HP. Everything is working correctly.

I want to change the email address that HP use to notify me of when a case is automatically logged.

Is this the contact email address in OSEM.

if so can I put other emails in contact additional information 1,2 and 3 and will these be used together with contact email address.
