Remote Support Software Manager Problem

Hi,

* Have installed HPSIM 5.1
* Ran the Remote support software manager and filled in all fields.
* Recieved an pop-up error IMSetup failed (success on the page)??

After the installation is complete and everything is tested with success I still don't recieve any packages to install when I check for packages???

Hi Swedst,

I had this problem also until I decided to mock around with the original settings on RSSM. It seems when it comes to connections the default option is set to use 25% of the available bandwidth on your network. Change this to full and recheck for updates. This time the check will take a little longer, but once it is done you will see 5 packages on your list. Make sure you are at the console of the system to install these as I had problems install this remotely.
